Kelly began her medical administrative career in 1999 where she joined a medical family practice in the Portuguese community. Kelly’s undeniable clinic operational skills and patient care were showcased for over 9 years.

In 2008, Kelly started at a busy obstetrics and gynaecology clinic where she single handedly oversaw all clinic operations. Within her time in the OB clinic given her compassionate and caring nature, she found fulfilment in being an additional support outlet for her patients in their fertility journey.
